Congratulations to Archbishop Donald Wuerl (of my
Archdiocese of Washington) and Archbishop Raymond Burke, who is
an outspoken leader on moral and political issues, and the 22 others who were
designated by Pope Benedict XVI today to become cardinals of the Catholic Church.
