The Maryland General Assembly convened on Wednesday for its 2015 ninety day run, with the new dynamic created by the election of Republican Governor Larry Hogan. Let's hope that the talk of cooperation by the legislative leaders is followed through and that the focus this year will be on restoring prosperity to all of Maryland's people rather than trying to impose a "progressive" fantasy world on the state as often happened in the past few years.
