The Circus Opens while the People Rally

The Circus on the Severn (aka the Maryland General Assembly) opened on Wednesday in Annapolis for its 90 day 2010 run. Meanwhile, a large grassroots rally drew a large crowd of citizens on a cold night to express frustration with excessive government taxing, spending and regulation.
